目的:固定矫治技术联合微种植支抗钉矫治安氏Ⅱ类 1 分类伴深覆(牙合)患者软硬组织变化的研究.方法:选择 2022 年 6 月~2024 年 3 月于本院矫治的安氏Ⅱ类 1 分类深覆(牙合)患者 34 例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为2 组,每组17 例.对照组接受固定矫治器联合头帽口外弓进行治疗,观察组接受固定矫治技术联合微种植支抗钉进行矫正治疗.比较两组治疗前、后的软硬组织变化,治疗前、治疗 3 个月的咬合功能和咀嚼功能,并比较两组矫治期间并发症的发生情况.结果:治疗后两组SNA、SNB、ANB比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组U1-NA角、U1-NA距、Overjet距、Overbite距低于对照组,鼻唇角、颏软组织厚度高于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组咬合力、咀嚼效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为 11.76%,低于对照组(29.41%),但两组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:固定矫治技术联合微种植支抗钉矫治安氏Ⅱ类1 分类伴深覆(牙合)患者可改善其软硬组织形态,并提高患者的咬合功能和咀嚼功能,可获得较为满意的临床效果.

Objective:To investigate the changes in soft and hard tissues of patients with Angle's Class Ⅱ1 malocclu-sion and deep overbite treated with fixed orthodontic technique combined with micro-implant anchorage.Methods:A total of 34 patients with Angle's Class Ⅱ1 malocclusion and deep overbite who underwent orthodontic treatment in the hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using a table of random numbers,with 17 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fixed orthodontic appliance and headgear anchorage while the observation group received orthodontic treatment with fixed orthodontic technique and micro-implant anchorage.The changes in soft and hard tissues before and after treatment,as well as the occlusal function and masticatory function before and after 3 months of treatment,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in SNA,SNB,or ANB between the groups(P>0.05).U1-NA angle,U1-NA distance,Overjet and Overbit in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group.The nasolabial an-gle and the thickness of soft-tissue chin were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,bite force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of com-plications in the observation group(11.76%)was lower than that in the control group(29.41%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Applying fixed orthodontic technique combined with micro-implant anchorage in orthodontic treatment of patients with Angle's Class Ⅱ1 malocclusion and deep overbite can improve the morphology of soft and hard tissues,and enhance their occlusal function and masticatory function,with satisfactory clinical effects.
