疾病全周期主动护理模式在颌骨囊性病变开窗减压术患者康复治疗中的研究
Application of a full-cycle proactive care model in patients with marsupialization in treating cyst of jaw
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of the full-cycle proactive care model in the patients with marsupializa-tion in treating cyst of jaw.Methods:A total of 56 patients with jaw cystic diseases admitted to the Stomatology Hospital of Wuhan University from August 2020 to December 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group(28 cases each).The study group adopted the full-cycle proactive care model,and the control group adopted the traditional nursing mode.The anxiety degree of the two groups before the first surgery,one month after the first surgery and one month after the second surgery,the confidence degree on the method and effect of marsupialization,the duration of follow-up visit and the sat-isfaction of medical care were compared.Results:After the first and second stage surgery,the degree of anxiety and the dura-tion of follow-up visit in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.01).Before the first and second stage sur-gery,The confidence and satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclu-sion:The full-cycle proactive care model can effectively alleviate the anxiety of patients with marsupialization in treating cyst of jaw,shorten the duration of follow-up visit,and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
