联合辛麻颗粒对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期外寒内饮证患者临床疗效和免疫功能的影响
Effect of Combined Xinma Granules on Clinical Efficacy and Immune Function of Patients with Syndrome of External Cold and Internal Fluid Retention Dur-ing Acute Exacerbation of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined Xinma granules in the treatment of patients with syndrome of external cold and internal fluid retention during acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods From August 2023 to April 2024,60 patients with syndrome of external cold and internal fluid reten-tion during AECOPD were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to treat-ment methods.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with conventional Western medicine combined with Xinma granules.The clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis[arterial partial pres-sure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)],immune indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30),which was higher than that of the control group[73.33%(22/30)](P＜0.05).After treatment,PaO2,SaO2,IgA,IgG,IgM,CD3+,CD4+,and CD4+/CD8+in observation group were higher than those in control group,while PaCO2 and CD8+were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Conventional Western medicine combined with Xinma granules can significantly improve the immune function and blood gas analysis indexes of patients with syndrome of external cold and internal fluid retention during AECOPD,with good clinical efficacy and safety.关键词
