以某中继泵站为例,对多泵并联的输出能力和水泵选型方法进行分析.造成水泵工作点左移、流量不足的原因为系统阻力偏大.改造后,水泵工作特性与管路阻力特性协调,每台水泵均工作在高效区.推荐选型方法的流量富裕系数取1.05~1.10.常规选型方法因过度考虑并联水泵数量对流量富裕系数的影响,流量富裕系数选取过大.与常规选型方法相比,按推荐选型方法选取的多泵并联系统可降低总耗电功率,提高总效率.

Taking a relay pumping station as an example,the output capacity of multiple pumps in par-allel and the pump selection method are analyzed.The reason for the left shift of the water pump working point and insufficient flow rate is due to excessive system re-sistance.After the renovation,the working characteris-tics of the pump are coordinated with the resistance characteristics of the pipeline,and each pump works in the high-efficiency area.The flow margin coefficient of the recommended selection method is 1.05-1.10.The conventional selection method excessively consid-ers the influence of the number of parallel pumps on the flow margin coefficient,resulting in excessively large flow margin coefficient selection.Compared with the conventional selection method,the multi-pump par-allel system selected according to the recommended se-lection method can reduce the total power consumption and improve the overall efficiency.
