铁芯叠装强度与护套过盈量分析

Abstract
This paperuses the finite element method to simulate and analyze the typical lamination riveting process in the machining of motor core.The lamination riveting strength under the interference state of quantity 4 is calculated separately.As the interference amount increases,the lamination riveting strength between the punched pieces becomes higher.When using a high-frequency heating sheath,the stress on the sheath is about 75 MPa when the interference is 0.03 mm,as shown in the following figure.When the interference is 0.04 mm,the stress inside the sheath is greater than 300 MPa and reaches 330 MPa.In order to avoid damage to the sheath during assembly and flipping,the interference fit of the rotor sheath should be selected as 0.03 mm.关键词
