针对高速公路项目施工过程复杂、参与单位众多、目标管理难度大等问题,该文以BIM信息化平台为载体,采用BIM技术与模块化技术构建BIM模块化管理模型,搭建集数据采集、数据处理与数据应用一体化的BIM模块化总控管理平台.该文设计模块化管理项目组织,通过施工现场综合管理模块、施工进度总控管理模块、施工成本总控管理模块和质量安全总控管理模块共享工程信息,方便利益相关方了解实际施工情况,合理安排施工任务与资源,有助于促进施工过程模块化管理,推动建筑业工业化的发展进程.

In view of the complex construction process,many participating units and difficult target management of highway project,this paper takes BIM information platform as the carrier,adopts BIM technology and modular technology to construct BIM modular management model,builds BIM modular master control management platform with the integration of data acquisition,data processing and data application.This paper designs modular management project organization,it is divided into construction site comprehensive management module,construction progress control management module,construction cost control management module and quality and safety control management module to share project information,so as to facilitate stakeholders to understand the actual construction situation and reasonably arrange construction tasks and resources.This will help to promote the modular management of the construction process and promote the development process of construction industrialization.
