Abstract
In view of the complex construction process,many participating units and difficult target management of highway project,this paper takes BIM information platform as the carrier,adopts BIM technology and modular technology to construct BIM modular management model,builds BIM modular master control management platform with the integration of data acquisition,data processing and data application.This paper designs modular management project organization,it is divided into construction site comprehensive management module,construction progress control management module,construction cost control management module and quality and safety control management module to share project information,so as to facilitate stakeholders to understand the actual construction situation and reasonably arrange construction tasks and resources.This will help to promote the modular management of the construction process and promote the development process of construction industrialization.关键词
