钢包检验检测要素分析
摘要
Abstract
In the work,the ladle bears not only the gravity of itself and the molten steel,but also the high temperature and thermal expansion of the molten steel,so it is easy to be damaged,and its damage and failure may lead to heavy property losses and personal casualties.At present,there are no relevant laws and regulations that clearly stipulate that ladle belongs to special equipment.Manufacturing enterprises often only carry out daily maintenance of the ladle and do not strictly carry out regular inspection and testing of it.In order to ensure the safe operation of the ladle,it must be inspected and tested regularly.In this paper,taking the 120t ladle refining furnace in a steel plant as the research object,based on the field inspection practice,comprehensive and systematic analysis are conducted to the various elements in the inspection and testing process.Ladle inspection and testing elements mainly include data review,macro testing,spectral analysis,magnetic particle testing,ultrasonic flaw detection,infrared thermal imaging testing and so on.关键词
