三维激光扫描技术在既有轨道检测中的应用

Abstract
In the existing track inspection,the traditional contact measurement detection methods are slow,affect train operation,threaten the personal safety of measuring personnel,and so on.This paper adopts the combination of 3D laser scanning technology and traditional detection methods,and uses universal ruler,RTK technology,level,total station and other instruments to measure the track with a length of 480 m in the survey area;at the same time,based on 3D laser scanning technology for panoramic scanning,point cloud processing based on the point cloud data of the target line obtained by 3D laser scanner,the line is encapsulated and the eigenvalues of the target line are extracted.After post-processing and comparison of all the data collected in the field,it is found that the track characteristic values obtained by slicing the point cloud data obtained by scanner are different from those obtained by traditional survey methods,and the survey speed and quality have been improved,and the labor intensity and cycle have been reduced.It can fully meet the requirements of modern existing track detection.关键词
