协作服务视角下的线上公益平台设计策略研究
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN STRATEGY OF ONLINE PUBLIC BENEFIT PLATFORMS UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF COLLABORATIVE SERVICES
摘要
Abstract
To conduct case studies on domestic and foreign Internet public welfare platforms,and derive design strategies for public welfare collaboration platforms to guide practice.Use case analysis method to analyze the service characteristics of online collaborative public welfare platforms,and propose corresponding design strategies.Highly free and low-cost collaborative relationships;collaborative interactions with diverse participation and technology empowerment;and a collaborative experience that emphasizes mutual benefit and value recognition are the key features of the Internet public welfare platform.According to the chronological order of the occurrence of public welfare services,focusing on the three elements of collaborative relationship,collaborative interaction,and collaborative experience,the collaborative service characteristics of the public welfare platform are summarized,and based on the characteristics,three stages of collaborative relationship construction,collaborative interaction occurring,and collaborative experience continuation are extracted.design strategies to provide reference and guidance for future research.关键词
