RESEARCH ON THE ELDERLY PARTICIPATION IN COMMUNITY SERVICE UNDER THE POST-EPIDEMIC SITUATION BASED ON IAD FRAMEWORK

Abstract
In order to help the elderly group cope with the difficulties faced in the recovery stage after the epidemic,and transit from the chaotic period of infection to the recurrent period and the normal period.Using the Institutional Analysis and Development Framework(IAD framework)as the analysis tool and community service as the action stage,it is necessary to identify the factors to be considered in community service and the relationship between different service subjects,and also analyze the action dilemma of the elderly group.The problems that may arise after the epidemic are divided into three stages,and the measures of multiple actors are optimized in the face of different stages.In special periods,we will help communities respond flexibly and build a prevention system for responding to various public health emergencies so that we are capable of improving the level of community service in daily life and giving play to the social value of the elderly.关键词
