基于关系矩阵与模块划分的复杂装备造型设计OA
MODELING DESIGN OF COMPLEX EQUIPMENT BASED ON RELATIONSHIP MATRIX AND MODULE DIVISION
以无人集装箱运输车为例,探究复杂装备类产品造型设计方法,探讨综合关系矩阵与造型模块划分在方案设计初期提升产品造型整体感中的作用与重要性.对目前关系矩阵与造型设计中的模块划分进行研究,基于无人集装箱运输车的设计特点,构建产品的综合关系矩阵,根据综合关系矩阵的数据进行造型模块划分,以造型模块为基础推敲出最终造型方案.构建了基于综合关系矩阵与模块划分的造型设计流程,完成了相关项目的造型设计工作.通过在造型设计的过程中引入综合关系矩阵,使造型的关系更加合理自然,提升造型的整体感,为同类型复杂装备初期造型方案设计提供了新的设计策略与借鉴案例,为未来人工智能辅助设计提供流程参考.
To explore the styling design method of complex equipment products by taking unmanned container truck as an example,and to explore the role and importance of the comprehensive relationship matrix and styling module division in the early stage of programme design to enhance the overall sense of product styling.Research on the current relationship matrix and module division in styling design,based on the design characteristics of the unmanned container transporter,build the comprehensive relationship matrix of the product,according to the data of the comprehensive relationship matrix for styling module division,based on the styling module to deduce the final styling scheme.The modelling design process based on the comprehensive relationship matrix and module division was constructed,and the modelling design of the relevant project was completed.Through the introduction of comprehensive relationship matrix,the relationship of modelling in the process of modelling design is more reasonable and natural,and the overall sense of modelling is improved,which provides a new design strategy and reference case for the design of the initial modelling scheme of the same type of complex equipment,and provides a process reference for the future artificial intelligence-assisted design.
