Abstract

Introducing the scenario analysis method into the design of electric vehicle public charging stations aims to more comprehensively obtain user needs and optimize user charging experience.The design process of electric vehicle public charging stations based on the scenario analysis method is proposed,and its theoretical feasibility is demonstrated in combination with design practice.Investigate and collect relevant situational elements of public charging stations,construct typical user situational stories,extract and summarize user needs and perform functional mapping.Put forward the design opportunities of electric vehicle public charging stations based on the operating situation,optimize the design of public charging stations from four aspects:guidance,vision,equipment,and facilities,and provide new research ideas and references for the subsequent design of electric vehicle charging stations.
