THE INNOVATION OF TRADITIONAL CHINESE CULTURE:TAKING THE DESIGN PRACTICE OF DONGBA OBJECTS AND CHARACTERS AS AN EXAMPLE
摘要
Abstract
As an important component of traditional Chinese culture,the Dongba pictographic characters of the Naxi ethnic group are a type of writing that combines function and formal beauty.Whether it is the inheritance and promotion of traditional culture,or the empowerment of modern graphic design,it is a very worthwhile topic to explore.This article analyzes the configuration,writing,and decorative characteristics of Dongba artifacts,and elaborates on the value of their design interpretation from an aesthetic and cultural perspective.By absorbing and retaining their characteristics,innovative interpretation of modern graphic design practices is carried out,in order to achieve the goal of maintaining and innovating the design of this traditional culture.关键词
