服务设计理念下的乡村研学旅行基地导视系统设计
DESIGN OF SIGNAGE SYSTEMS FOR RURAL STUDY TRAVEL BASES UNDER THE CONCEPT OF SERVICE DESIGN

Abstract
This study employs service design principles and the Kano model to explore methods for improving the service quality of signage systems at rural study travel bases,with the aim of enhancing the experience and satisfaction of study groups.Using a specific case study,this research involves field investigations to analyze the existing issues in the signage system of Shalimu Village.Through surveys,in-depth interviews,and user journey mapping,user needs were collected and categorized based on the service design hierarchy model.The Kano model was then applied to classify and prioritize user needs attributes.By employing relevant methods to better analyze and determine user demand weights,we aim to summarize design strategies for signage systems in rural study travel bases under the concept of service design.Through constructing a service blueprint for the signage system,we will conduct design practice focusing on three aspects:visual guidance,behavioral interaction,and value delivery in rural study travel bases.This research provides a valuable reference for the design of signage systems in future rural study travel bases contexts.关键词
