基于社会支持理论的老人辅助社交机器人设计策略研究
RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN STRATEGY OF ASSISTIVE SOCIAL ROBOT FOR THE ELDERLY BASED ON SOCIAL SUPPORT THEORY

Abstract
To improve the level of social support for assistive social robots and clarify the design focus of social robot products for the elderly.Based on the multiple latitudes of social support theory,the design elements of assistive social robots were analyzed from the five support dimensions of emotion,information,appraise,instrument and cognition in conjunction with the product research and the user research.The degree of user demand regarding the design elements was derived.Based on the content of user demand,five strategies for designing assistive social robots were proposed in conjunction with the analysis.It provides ideas and reference for the design development of intelligent products for related groups.关键词
