RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF CLEANING VEHICLES IN OLD COMMUNITIES UNDER THE CONCEPT OF HUMANISTIC CARE

Abstract
In order to improve the working conditions of cleaning workers in old residential areas,the cleaning truck is used as the starting point to study.This paper studies how the concept of humanistic care is expressed through cleaning trucks to express the humanistic demands of cleaners,and combines the KJ method to obtain public data,Kano confirms the primary and secondary relationship of product functions,establishes the logical relationship between functions in the FAST function tree,and adjusts the specific functional parameters with the concept of humanistic care and user groups.The concept of humanistic care can be reflected in the design of cleaning vehicles.This concept can be combined with the design method and can provide a method for the design of cleaning vehicles in old residential areas.关键词
