RESEARCH ON THE DESIGN OF CHOKING EMERGENCY PRODUCTS FOR ELDERLY PEOPLE AT HPME BASED ON SITUATIONAL MODELS

Abstract
Explore the key factors in the emergency situation for choking and eating in elderly people at home,establish a situational FAST model,search for design strategies,and complete design practices.Based on the scenario model of industrial design and the FAST model,three types of scenarios for choking first aid are sorted out.Combined with the problems and requirements in patent literature of choking first aid products in the past three years,the FAST model is used to convert design points into functional descriptions,and finally the design is output.Three design strategies were proposed,including comprehensive first aid guidance,simple and practical functional operation,and storage suitable for home environments.A choking first aid product suitable for elderly people at home was also designed.The situational FAST model can provide reference for the design of emergency products for choking and eating in elderly people at home.关键词
