摘要
Abstract
This article investigates the sources and factors contributing to cognitive load during individual note-taking with video media,exploring design strategies to regulate cognitive load levels.The article analyzes the mechanisms generating cognitive load in human-computer interaction and their impact on individual learning and memory.Subsequently,the article dissects the functionalities and interface designs of video note platforms influencing cognitive load,exploring user experience characteristics during the learning process and identifying main causes of cognitive load overload.The article proposes corresponding design adjustment strategies to enhance the platform's usability and improve the user learning experience.By maintaining consistent interaction rules and optimizing information presentation,the total load on internal and external cognitive processes can be reduced.This frees up working memory capacity,allocates attention resources reasonably,effectively enhances relevant cognitive load,facilitates cognitive schema construction,connects new knowledge with prior knowledge,and ultimately improves user behavioral performance.关键词
