苇管灸联合针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的疗效观察
Efficacy observation of reed tube moxibustion combined with acupuncture for neurological tinnitus

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture at four points around the ear in treating neurological tinnitus.Method Sixty-four patients with neurological tinnitus were allocated to an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The observation group was given reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture at four points around the ear,while the control group received ordinary acupuncture treatment.Before and after the treatment,the tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)and tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)scores were observed in both groups,and the clinical efficacy was compared.Result After the treatment,both groups showed notable improvements in the TEQ and THI scores(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group in comparing these scores(P＜0.05).The observation group achieved a total effective rate of 90.6%,higher than 78.1%in the control group,showing statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Reed tube moxibustion plus acupuncture at four points around the ear is superior to ordinary acupuncture in comparing the clinical efficacy in treating neurological tinnitus.This method can effectively improve tinnitus and reduce its subsequent harassment.关键词
