温针灸治疗阳气亏虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察
Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of warming needle in treating chronic heart failure with blood stasis due to Yang Qi deficiency pattern

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of warming needle in the treatment of chronic heart failure of blood stasis due to Yang Qi deficiency pattern,and its effect on cardiac function and quality of life of the patients.Method Sixty patients with chronic heart failure of blood stasis due to Yang Qi deficiency pattern were divided into a control group(30 cases)and a study group(30 cases)using the random number table method.Both groups were treated with conventional basic internal medicine treatment,while the control group was treated with additional conventional acupuncture and the study group was treated with additional warming needle.The Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire(MLHFQ)score,6-minute walk test(6MWT)results,cardiac function indexes[left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)],serum renin,aldosterone(ALD),angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ)and plasma N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels were observed before and after treatment in both groups.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result The LVEDD,LVESD,renin level,ALD level,Ang Ⅱ level,NT-proBNP level and MLHFQ score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the LVEF and 6MWT were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The LVEDD,LVESD,renin level,ALD level,Ang Ⅱ level,NT-proBNP level and MLHFQ score of the study group were lower than those of the control group after treatment(P＜0.05),and LVEF and 6MWT were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional internal medicine treatment,the clinical efficacy of warming needle in treating chronic heart failure of blood stasis due to Yang Qi deficiency pattern is better than that of conventional acupuncture,improving cardiac function and quality of life.关键词
