腹针导气法联合奥美拉唑治疗咽喉反流性疾病的疗效观察及对焦虑抑郁状态的影响
Observations on the efficacy of Qi-guiding abdominal acupuncture therapy plus Omeprazole for laryngopharyngeal reflux disease and its effect on anxiety and depression states

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qi-guiding abdominal acupuncture therapy plus Omeprazole for laryngopharyngeal reflux disease of disharmony between the liver and stomach pattern and its effect on the patients'anxiety and depression states.Method Ninety patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux disease of disharmony between the liver and stomach pattern were enrolled as subjects and allocated to an observation group and a control group,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups received oral administration of Omeprazole enteric-coated capsules and the observation group received Qi-guiding abdominal acupuncture therapy in addition.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.The reflux symptom index(RSI),the reflux finding score(RFS)and the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)scores were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The incidences of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the RSI and RFS item scores and the HADS score decreased in the two groups compared with before treatment(P＜0.05)and were lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion Qi-guiding abdominal acupuncture therapy plus Omeprazole is more effective than Omeprazole alone in treating laryngopharyngeal reflux disease of disharmony between the liver and stomach pattern.It can promote the patients'recovery from the symptoms and signs and relieve anxiety and depression.关键词
