电针治疗尼古丁依赖的疗效观察
Observation on the efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of nicotine dependence
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture in the treatment of nicotine dependence.Method A total of 60 cases of nicotine dependence were divided into an electroacupuncture group and a control group using the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral Varenicline tartrate tablets,while the electroacupuncture group was treated with electroacupuncture.The changes of smoking amount,fagerstorm test for nicotine dependence(FTND),heaviness of smoking index(HSI),brief questionnaire of smoking urges(QSU-Brief),and Minnesota nicotine withdrawal scale(MNWS)scores in both groups were observed before treatment,on the 3rd day,in the 1st week,2nd week,3rd week,4th week of treatment and the 16th week of follow-up respectively.Result In the 4th week of treatment and 16th week of follow-up,the scores of smoking,FTND,HSI,QSU-Brief,and MNWS were lower in both groups compared with the pre-treatment scores(P＜0.05).On the 3rd day of treatment as well as in the 1st week,2nd week and 3rd week of treatment,the smoking score of the electroacupuncture group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05);in the 4th week of treatment,the difference between the smoking scores of the two groups was statistically insignificant(P＞0.05).The QSU-Brief scores of the electroacupuncture group were lower than those of the control group on the 3rd day of treatment and in the 1st week,2nd week and 3rd week of treatment(P＜0.05);the differences were not statistically significant when comparing the QSU-Brief scores of the two groups in the 4th week of treatment and 16th week of follow-up(P＞0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture can improve the withdrawal symptoms of nicotine dependents,the clinical efficacy is better than oral Varenicline tartrate tablets,and the cumulative effect of electroacupuncture efficacy is positively correlated with time.关键词
