Abstract
In the process of zinc smelting and electrolysis,there is a lack of intuitive and fast means of evaluating the operating conditions of the electrolytic cell,which severely restricts the green and efficient production of the electrolysis process.To address this issue,this paper designs and develops a zinc electrolysis operating condition evaluation system based on cell voltage.The composition of the cell voltage in zinc electrolysis is analyzed,and a mechanism model of cell voltage is established.The system database and software system's functionality are designed,and the corresponding system software is developed to achieve the evaluation of the operating conditions of the electrolytic cell and online monitoring of the process.This system can help guide on-site process control and ensure the stable and efficient production of zinc electrolysis.关键词
