锌冶炼电解过程中,缺乏对电解槽工况直观、快速的评估手段,严重制约了电解工艺的绿色、高效生产.为此,本文设计并开发了基于槽电压的锌电解工况评估系统.分析了锌电解槽电压的组成并建立了槽电压机理模型,设计了系统数据库以及软件系统的功能,开发了相应的系统软件,实现电解槽的工况评估与过程在线监测,有助于指导现场工艺调控,保障锌电解过程稳定高效生产.

In the process of zinc smelting and electrolysis,there is a lack of intuitive and fast means of evaluating the operating conditions of the electrolytic cell,which severely restricts the green and efficient production of the electrolysis process.To address this issue,this paper designs and develops a zinc electrolysis operating condition evaluation system based on cell voltage.The composition of the cell voltage in zinc electrolysis is analyzed,and a mechanism model of cell voltage is established.The system database and software system's functionality are designed,and the corresponding system software is developed to achieve the evaluation of the operating conditions of the electrolytic cell and online monitoring of the process.This system can help guide on-site process control and ensure the stable and efficient production of zinc electrolysis.
