摘要

Abstract

At present,in the domestic copper smelting industry,the equipment selected in the anode mud filter process is mainly two kinds of vertical filter press and plate and frame filter press.This paper analyzes the investment,performance,efficiency,maintenance and other aspects of the two filter presses,combined with the use of the anode mud filter equipment in the existing domestic copper smelting system.The basis is provided for the selection of anode mud press filtration process in a new copper smelting project.The transport scheme of anode slime is mainly divided into pre-filtration or post-filtration transport,which will be analyzed and explored in this paper.
