[目的]水利水电工程安全监测领域尚未系统地开展监测仪器服役完好率分析.为深入分析我国水利水电工程安全监测仪器服役完好率特性,并为监测设计、仪器选型和更新维护等提供科学依据,[方法]收集了我国12个典型水利水电工程的安全监测仪器服役表现的大样本数据,通过统计分析、相关性分析与配对样本T检验方法,统计了各工程安全监测仪器的完好率,分析了整体完好率与服役时长间的相关性,检验了主要监测项目监测仪器完好率差异性,以及主要监测量差阻与弦式监测仪器完好率差异性.[结果]结果显示:仪器服役总年数与整体完好率之间的相关系数绝对值为0.65,主要监测项目监测仪器完好率之间的差异显著性水平为0.049,主要监测量差阻与弦式仪器完好率分别是78.87%与85.36%,主要监测量差阻与弦式仪器完好率之间的差异显著性水平为0.298.[结论]结果表明:水利水电工程安全监测仪器整体完好率与运行总年数呈中等程度的线性相关关系;主要监测项目监测仪器完好率表现存在差异,渗流渗压监测仪器完好率明显高于应力应变及温度监测仪器完好率;主要监测量差阻与弦式监测仪器完好率表现不存在显著差异,振弦式仪器完好率表现略高于差阻式仪器完好率.

[Objective]The service intact rates of monitoring instruments have not been systematically studied in the field of safety monitoring of water conservancy and hydropower projects.In order to deeply analyze the characteristics of the service intact rates of safety monitoring instruments in water conservancy and hydropower projects in China,and provide scientific basis for monito-ring design,instrument selection,renewal and maintenance,[Methods]this paper collected large sample data of the service per-formance of safety monitoring instruments from 12 typical water conservancy and hydropower projects in China.Through statistical analysis,correlation analysis and paired sample T test method,the intact rates of safety monitoring instruments in each project were counted,and the correlations between the overall intact rate and the duration of service were analyzed.The difference of the intact rates among the main monitoring items of monitoring instruments and the difference of the intact rates of the main monitoring quantities between the differential resistance and vibrating string monitoring instruments were tested.[Results]The result showed that the absolute value of the correlation coefficient between the duration of service of the instruments and the overall intact rate was 0.65.The significance level of the difference of the intact rates between the main monitoring items was 0.049.The intact rates of the main monitoring quantities of the differential resistance and vibrating string instruments were 78.87%and 85.36%,respectively,and the significance level of the difference of the intact rates for main monitoring quantities between the differential resistance and vibrating string instruments was 0.298.[Conclusion]The result proved that the overall intact rates of safety moni-toring instruments in water conservancy and hydropower projects have a moderate linear correlation with the duration of operation,and the difference of intact rates exits among the main monitoring items of monitoring instruments.The intact rate of seepage and seepage pressure monitoring instruments is significantly higher than that of stress-strain and temperature monitoring instruments,and there is no significant difference of intact rates for main monitoring quantities between the differential resistance and vibrating string monitoring instruments,and the intact rate of vibrating string instruments is slightly higher than that of differential resist-ance instruments.
