Abstract
As an important government management mode,government informatization service outsourcing plays a key role in promoting government agencies to improve the level of informatization,increase efficiency and reduce costs.However,government informatization service outsourcing is also accompanied by a series of management challenges.By analyzing the key management elements of government informatization service outsourcing,discussing the significance of the construction of government informatization service outsourcing management system,and further proposing countermeasures for the construction of the management system of government informatization service outsourcing,including:establishment of a standardized service outsourcing process;strengthening of personnel training and capacity building;and the implementation of a dynamic service quality The government further proposes countermeasures for the construction of government informationization service outsourcing management system,including:establishing standardized service outsourcing process;strengthening personnel training and capacity building;and implementing dynamic service quality monitoring and evaluation mechanism.关键词
