核桃果实生长发育动态及经济性状研究
The Growth Development Dynamics and Economic Traits of Walnut Fruit

Abstract
To elucidate the growth and development patterns of the walnut fruits of'Xiangling'and'Xi-lin No.3',this study measured the dynamic changes in various economic indicators during fruit devel-opment,including the weight of green fruits,the three diameters of green fruits,the weight of fresh fruits,the weight of dried fruits,the three diameters of dried fruits,the weight of kernels,kernel yield,moisture content,and oil content.Additionally,the correlations between these indicators were analyzed.The results indicated that as the fruits grew and developed,the weight of green fruits,fresh fruits,dried fruits,kernels,and oil content generally increased,with'Xilin No.3'exhibiting larger fruit size and weight compared to'Xiangling'.Correlation analysis revealed extremely significant posi-tive correlations between the weight of dried fruits and the weight of kernels,kernel yield,and oil content.Furthermore,the fruit shape index was significantly positively correlated with the longitudi-nal diameter,while shell thickness was significantly positively correlated with the weight of fresh fruits and dried fruits.These findings suggest that as the weight of dried fruits increases,so do the weight of kernels and kernel yield.关键词
