Reflections on Legitimacy and Reconstruction of Ethics for Sports Technology

Abstract
The significance of technology's application in sports has become a central theme in the discourse on legitimacy of sports technology.Based on emotionalism and formalism in moral philosophy,this study makes an estimation on sports technology respectively.Although it is difficult to form a consistent conclusion,this can also set a certain philosophical foundation for recognizing the relationship between sports ontology and sport ethics.Sports ontology is grounded in the human nature inherent in sport ethics,which encompassing emotional stimulation,rational will,adherence to rules and the pursuit of aesthetics for sports ontology.However,the two pathways for ethics of sports technology of correspondence theory represented by"ontology-naturalism"and transcendence theory represented by"ontology-reconstructionism"respectively discuss the legitimacy of sports technology from the perspective of adaptation and challenges for sports ontology.Regarding their separation,it is suggested that they be reintegrated into a real process,which can ensure the inclusiveness of ethics of sports technology through the transferring of knowledge and experience,providing a possibility for the integration of technology into sports;The normalization of ethics of sports technology can be reflected based on sports ontology,which forms a barrier for the regulated integration of technology.Based on these,the legitimacy of ethics of sports technology is actually a shift from universal concepts to practical applications,which results in ethical conclusions specific to the field of sports.关键词
