Dilemmas,Framework and Paths of Legal Governance of Sports Technology Risks from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization

Abstract
Under the guidance of Chinese modernization,sports technology has become an important driving force for the high-quality development of sports.However,sports technology also has associated risks in empowering competitive sports,national fitness and school sports.The risk governance of sports technology in Chinese modernization should be committed to achieving the synergy between ethical governance and legal governance.It is an important task of current sports law researches to improve the legal governance with accountability as the core.At present,the legal governance of sports technology risks in China is faced with the problems such as the lack of legal norms,the absence of legal accountability mechanism,and the single form of legal responsibility.To solve the above dilemmas,a systematic legal governance framework for sports technological risks,covering competitive sports,national fitness and school sports,is established based on the basic structure of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Physical Culture and Sports in this research.Based on this framework,governance paths are put forward:strengthening the supply of sports technology regulations to further expand the scope of legal norms;optimizing the identification of sports technology responsibilities to further improve the legal accountability system;and deepening the flexible governance of sports technology to further enrich the legal liability.关键词
