Adaptability Analysis of Collection and Distribution Capacity of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway and Its Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
The lagged development of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway collection and distribution capacity limits its further freight increment,failing to meet the demand for coal dispatching in Hubei,Hunan,and Jiangxi provinces.Completing the construction of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway collection and distribution system significantly promotes the expeditious release of the capacity of Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway,adapting itself to the changes in the production,transportation,and marketing patterns of coals in China.By analyzing the current system and the origin of freight increment in the future,this paper had an insight into the problems in the system construction.On this basis,a series of countermeasures were put forward to enhance its market competitiveness,such as coordinating the development of collection and distribution capacity with freight increment,optimizing the timing of construction,establishing a coordination platform,and deepening research on freight rates.The results can provide a reference for accelerating the construction of the collection and distribution system,relieving capacity constraints,and achieving the goal of freight increment.关键词
