中老铁路磨丁口岸便利化通关现状及优化研究
Current Facilitated Customs Clearance at Boten Port of China-Laos Railway and Its Optimization

Abstract
The operation volume at railway port stations has steadily increased since the China-Laos Railway has been opened for over two years.Customs clearance is the most important link among the operations at ports.Its facilitation is directly related to the transportation efficiency of international intermodal transport goods.This paper expounded on the current customs clearance and existing problems at Boten Port of China-Laos Railway in terms of customs clearance mode,customs clearance process,and current measures for facilitating customs clearance.Through the comparative analysis of the modes including"two checks in two places","two checks in one place","free customs clearance"and"inside the national border but outside the customs territory",a facilitation mode suitable for customs clearance at the China-Laos Railway port was proposed.Four specific suggestions were put forward in terms of facilitating passenger transport and freight transport,respectively,to meet the growing transportation demand,with the actual transportation of the Boten-Vientiane section of the China-Laos Railway taken into consideration.This paper can provide a reference for improving the quality of international intermodal transport of the China-Laos Railway.关键词
