Abstract
The introduction of new railway lines into existing stations has a great impact on the normal transportation order.Besides,the construction organization is more difficult and the safety management is more complex.Taking the introduction of the Shenyang-Baizhou High Speed Railway into Shenyangbei Station as an example,this paper analyzed the construction difficulties such as limited space,urgent time,high safety requirements,complex organization,and great technical difficulty,and dissected problems such as insufficient preparation in the early stage of construction,more cross-interference in the combination of various specialties,inadequate management of construction personnel's machines and tools,uneven professional quality of construction personnel,and increased restrictions on driving handling during construction operations.This paper also put forward some countermeasures to strengthen construction safety management.For instance,the construction must be fully prepared,the organization and coordination of construction must be strengthened,the construction personnel's machines and tools must be better managed,the construction personnel's professional quality and comprehensive quality must be enhanced,the construction's influence on transportation must be reduced,the construction safety management must be standardized,and the safety of construction organization and transportation must be ensured.关键词
