供应链视角下轨道交通产业低碳转型评价研究OA北大核心

在"双碳"目标背景下,轨道交通作为碳减排的重要行业,其低碳转型对推动我国经济高质量发展意义重大.基于供应链视角,从低碳生产、低碳创新、低碳管理、低碳环境与低碳运营5个维度构建轨道交通产业低碳转型评价指标体系,运用AHP法和改进CRITIC法确定评价指标组合权重,引入TOPSIS法水平测度模型、耦合协调度模型及障碍度函数模型进行评价,以成都轨道交通产业2012-2021年相关数据进行实证研究.结果表明:成都轨道交通产业低碳转型水平总体呈上升趋势,年均增幅11.4%;耦合协调度增长明显,从"勉强失调"改善至"良好协调"状态;低碳生产、低碳创新与低碳运营维度是产业低碳转型过程中的主要障碍,其中轨道交通产业供应链的成本优化是未来重点提升方向.

The rail transit industry is an important industry for carbon emission reduction.Under the background of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goal,its low-carbon transformation is of great significance to promote the high-quality development of China's economy.Approaching from the perspective of the cluster supply chain,this paper constructed an evaluation index system in terms of low-carbon production,low-carbon innovation,low-carbon management,low-carbon environment,and low-carbon operation.The combined weights of indexes were determined with the AHP method coupled with the improved CRITIC method.At the same time,the paper introduced the level measurement model based on the TOPSIS method,the coupling coordination degree model,and the obstacle degree model to evaluate the low-carbon transformation status of the rail transit industry.Finally,the paper conducted empirical research on Chengdu's rail transit industry from 2012 to 2021.The results show that the level of low-carbon transformation of the Chengdu rail transit industry has been generally on the rise with an average annual increase of 11.4%.The coupling coordination degree has increased significantly,and the coordination level has improved from reluctant imbalance to good coordination.Low-carbon production,low-carbon innovation,and low-carbon operation are the main obstacles in the process of low-carbon transformation.Specifically,the cost optimization of the supply chain of the rail transit industry is the focused enhancement direction in the future.
