中国农业农村高质量发展水平测度及地区差异分析
Measurement and Regional Differences of High-quality Development Level of Agriculture and Rural Areas in China

Abstract
Agriculture and rural development has achieved remarkable results in the course of reform and opening up,and the role of agriculture as a ballast of economic and social development has gradually improved.Based on the requirements of the new development concept,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of high-quality agriculture and rural development lev-el from five dimensions,and measures the high-quality agriculture and rural development level from 2010 to 2020 by using the panel data entropy method.The results are shown as follows:Firstly,from the national level,the overall level of high-quality agri-culture and rural development shows a steady upward trend.Secondly,the high-quality agriculture and rural development level is closely related to regional economic development level,geographical location,resources,environment and other factors.Thirdly,the regional differences of high-quality development level of agriculture and rural areas have gradually narrowed.The regional dif-ferences mainly come from the differences between provinces,and the high-quality development level of agriculture and rural ar-eas in all provinces shows an upward trend.关键词
