Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common disease during pregnancy,which has a great impact on the health of mothers and infants.So it is necessary to pay attention to the monitoring of blood glucose level in patients with GDM.Fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose can reflect the changes of blood glucose levels in patients with GDM,and glycated albumin levels can reflect the blood glucose levels in the first 2 to 3 weeks.Compared with other blood glucose monitoring indicators,glycated albumin has a better monitoring effect and can effectively predict the occurrence of complications.At present,the application scope of glycated albumin in the screening of GDM is small,and the reference range is not uniform.This article mainly reviews the research progress of blood glucose monitoring technology and influencing factors of GDM,so as to provide reference for clinical screening.关键词
