摘要
Abstract
Granulosa cells play a key role in establishing and maintaining bidirectional communication between oocytes.Various modes of intercellular material exchange,such as paracrine and gap junction,can facilitate the efficient delivery of granular cell structural components,energy substrates,and signaling molecules to oocytes.The two basic energy metabolic pathways of granulosa cells,namely glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism,are involved in the normal development of oocytes.Pyruvate,as a glycolysis product of granulosa cells,is an important energy substrate for oocyte development.Granulosa cells control the development of oocytes by regulating steroid hormones to regulate the level of hormone in follicles.This article reviews the material exchange between oocytes and granulosa cells,and expounds the roles of glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism in oocyte development.关键词
