盆底康复联合中药对女性盆腔脏器脱垂的干预及治疗
Intervention and treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine for female pelvic organ prolapse

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of female pelvic organ prolapse.Methods Fifty female patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to the Department of Gynecology,Chongqing Dongnan Hospital from January to September 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=25,treated with pelvic floor rehabilitation)and the observation group(n=25,treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the control group).The pelvic organ prolapse score,ultrasound related indicators before and after treatment,and recurrence rate,pelvic floor muscle strength,the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the score of pelvic organ prolapse in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the area of pelvic diaphragmatic hiatus,the levator urethra gap in the two groups were smaller than those before treatment,and the levator ani muscle thickness was greater than that before treatment,and all indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of pelvic floor rehabilitation combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction for female patients with pelvic organ prolapse can improve the clinical effect and symptoms.关键词
