摘要
Abstract
Uterine carcinosarcoma is a rare malignant tumor of the uterus,which has the characteristics of high invasiveness,high malignancy,and poor prognosis.If the treatment is not timely,it will threaten the life safety of patients.At present,the clinical treatment is mainly through surgery,and timely diagnosis so that patients can receive treatment as soon as possible is the key to improve the prognosis.The diagnostic methods of uterine carcinosarcoma mainly include ultrasound,CT,pelvic magnetic resonance.This paper discusses a case of uterine carcinosarcoma diagnosed by hysteroscopy,and summarizes the clinical manifestations and pathological features of uterine carcinosarcoma based on relevant literature,in order to explore better diagnosis and treatment methods.关键词
