摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze clinical effect of Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Suppository combined with microwave therapy in the treatment of chronic cervicitis with human papilloma virus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervisitis with HPV infection who were treated in Juye County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The study period was from January 2020 to January 2021.They were divided into single group(n=40,Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Suppository alone)and combined group(n=40,Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Suppository combined with microwave therapy)by random drawing method,and the therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the combined group was lower than that in the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of chronic cervicitis combined with HPV infection,Human Interferon α2b Vaginal Suppository combined with microwave therapy can improve the total effective rate of treatment,and the incidence of complications is low.关键词
