Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of high-risk human papilloma virus persistent infection after surgical treatment for high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)of cervix. Methods A total of 110 patients with HSIL who were treated in Yuncheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected, and all received surgical treatment. The incidence of postoperative of high-risk HPV persistent infection was counted, and univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative of high-risk HPV persistent infection. Results There were 20 cases of high-risk HPV persistent infection after surgery, and the incidence was 18.18%.There were significant differences in the number of induced abortions, the proportion of HPV16 and 18 infection, the proportion of multiple high-risk HPV infection, preoperative cervical intraepithelial neoplasia classification, postoperative contraception, and the proportion of menopause between the two groups(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the number of induced abortions,menopause,HPV16 and 18 infection, and no condom use after surgery were independent risk factors for postoperative high-risk HPV persistent infection(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of high-risk HPV persistent infection after HSIL surgery is high, and corresponding preventive measures should be formulated according to the relevant influencing factors.关键词
