Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Zhibai Dihuang Decoction and Xiaoyao Powder on the sex hormone level and quality of life of climacteric syndrome patients with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type.Methods From February 2021 to January 2023,80 patients with climacteric syndrome with stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type in Linyi City Lanshan District Zaoyuan Center Health Center were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The two groups were given symptomatic support treatment,the control group was given Xiaoyao Powder on this basis,the observation group was given Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoyao Powder,and the sex life quality,sex hormone levels,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of sex life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the estradiol level of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the life quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with climacteric syndrome of stagnation of liver qi and spleen deficiency type,Zhibai Dihuang Decoction combined with Xiaoyao Powder can effectively improve the quality of sexual life,regulate the level of sex hormones,and improve the quality of life.关键词
