Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of multiple short-term continuous dilatation with a new type of children's phimosis retractor in children's phimosis.Methods A total of 87 children with phimosis in Taoyuan Community Health Service Center,Shenzhen Nanshan District Medical Group Headquarters from November 2021 to May 2023 were selected.According to different treatment methods,the children were divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The control group received traditional prepuce dilatation treatment,while the observation group was treated with multiple short-term continuous dilatation with a new type of children's phimosis retractor.The degree of pain and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Two months after treatment,the cure rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multiple short-term continuous dilatation with a new type of children's phimosis retractor in children's phimosis has good efficacy,which can reduce the degree of pain and improve the cure rate,and is worthy of promotion.关键词
