Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of children with tic syndrome.Methods A total of 60 children with tic syndrome admitted to Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(30 cases,Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets treatment)and experimental group(30 cases,Tiapride Hydrochloride Tablets+modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction treatment).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the main traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores(throat clearing or throat vocalization,blinking or eye upturning,nasal shrugs or twitch with nasal congestion and runny nose,and dysphoria)and tic severity scores(motor twitching,vocal twitching,and overall injury)of experimental group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Chaihu and Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of children with tic syndrome is significant,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,reduce the severity of tic,improve the total effective rate of treatment,and will not increase adverse reactions.关键词
