Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of aromatherapy and acupoint massage combined with delivery ball analgesia in vaginal delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 80 primiparas admitted to the Department of Obstetrics,Affiliated Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital of Nantong University from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method.The control group(40 cases)used the delivery ball,and the study group(40 cases)used the delivery ball combined with aromatherapy and acupoint massage.The psychological state,total satisfaction rate,labor course,neonatal Apgar score,and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Apgar score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of maternal and infant adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of aromatherapy and acupoint massage combined with delivery ball analgesia in vaginal delivery of primiparas is remarkable,which can improve maternal mood,shorten labor,promote maternal and child health,and is worth promoting.关键词
