Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cervical lifting suture combined with circular suture and ligation of lower uterine segment in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pernicious placenta praevia.Methods A total of 84 patients with pernicious placenta praevia in the First People's Hospital of Zunyi from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.After delivery of the fetus,the patients were given Oxytocin and Carprost Trobutrin.The control group was given circular suture and ligation of lower uterine segment,and the observation group was given cervical lifting suture on the basis of control group.The therapeutic effect and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 2,6,12,and 24 hours were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group at 2,6,12,and 24 hours after delivery(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical lifting suture combined with circular suture and ligation of lower uterine segment has good clinical effect in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in patients with pernicious placenta previa,which can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and is worth promoting.关键词
