Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Insulin Aspartate combined with Metformin Hydrochloride in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus and influence on maternal and infant outcomes.Methods A total of 86 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Insulin Aspartate combined with Metformin Hydrochloride,and the control group was treated with Isophane Protamine Biosynthetic Human Insulin.The blood glucose level,incidence of adverse reactions,time of reaching the standard of blood glucose,total daily insulin,delivery outcome,adverse pregnancy outcome and neonatal Apgar score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The time of reaching the standard of blood glucose in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total daily insulin was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The rates of cesarean section,polyhydramnios,premature rupture of membranes,and premature birth in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Insulin Aspartate and Metformin Hydrochloride in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus can reduce the blood glucose level and improve pregnancy outcomes,which is worthy promotion.关键词
