Abstract
Objective To explore the value of digestive endoscopy in differential diagnosis of colorectal polyp lesion in children.Methods A total of 105 children with suspected colorectal polyps diagnosed and treated in Children's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2016 to November 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were given digestive endoscopy and pathological examination to determine the differential diagnosis value.Results Among the 105 children,15 cases(malignant potential group)were pathologically diagnosed as malignant potential,accounting for 14.29%.There were 90 benign cases(benign group),accounting for 85.71%.The maximum diameter of colorectal polyps in the malignant potential group was(24.25±3.57)mm,which was larger than(7.33±0.65)mm in the benign group,and the proportion of polyps≥10 mm was higher than that in the benign group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of digestive endoscopy for benign and malignant colorectal polyps were 93.33%(14/15),100.00%(90/90),and 99.05%(104/105),respectively.Conclusion Digestive endoscopy has a high value in the differential diagnosis of colorectal polyps lesion in children,and is worth popularizing and applying.关键词
