Abstract
Objective To study the application value of urine routine test in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Methods A total of 70 children suspected with acute appendicitis admitted to Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects.Taking the clinical diagnosis result as the gold standard,the results of different types of appendicitis urine routine test were compared,and the diagnostic efficacy of urine routine test in acute appendicitis in children was analyzed.Results The clinical diagnosis result showed that there were 60 acute appendicitis in the 70 suspected cases.The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of urine routine test were 91.67%,80.00%,and 90.00%,respectively.The white blood cell count,red blood cell count,and urinary protein of gangrenous appendicitis were higher than those of suppurative and simple appendicitis,and the indexes of suppurative appendicitis were higher than those of simple appendicitis,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Urine routine test has high efficiency in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis in children.Gangrenous appendicitis has the highest urine routine index,followed by suppurative and simple,which is suitable as the first choice for screening and diagnosis.关键词
