Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound in benign and malignant ovarian cysts(OC).Methods The clinical data of 48 OC patients who underwent transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound examination in Pingyuan County Longmen Street Office Community Health Service Center from March 2021 to April 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.The ultrasound imaging characteristics and hemodynamics of benign and malignant OC were compared.Results Pathological examination showed that 28 cases were benign OC and 20 cases were malignant OC.The imaging characteristics of malignant OC showed that the proportions of mass diameter≤8 cm,twisted and cord-like vascular pedicles,anechoic mass,pelvic free dark fluid area,and cyst wall thickening were higher than those of benign OC(P<0.05).The average flow velocity,the peak systolic velocity of malignant OC were higher than those of benign OC,resistance index and pulsation index were lower than those of benign OC(P<0.05).Conclusion Transabdominal color Doppler ultrasound can identify the imaging characteristics and hemodynamics of benign and malignant OC.关键词
