Effect of doctor-nurse-guardian triple linkage combined with streng-thening risk prevention nursing on the growth and development of children with thalassemia intermedia

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of doctor-nurse-guardian triple linkage combined with strengthening risk prevention nursing on the growth and development of children with thalassemia intermedia.Methods A total of 120 children with thalassemia intermedia admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,the Sixth People's Hospital of Nanning from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received doctor-nurse-guardian triple linkage combined with strengthening risk prevention nursing on the basis of control group.The height,head circumference,weight,hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum ferritin,diet status,and guardian nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the height,weight,hemoglobin level,serum albumin level,and dietary status score of both groups were increased,and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the serum ferritin level in both groups was decreased,and that in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total guardian nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Doctor-nurse-guardian triple linkage combined with strengthening risk prevention nursing can effectively improve the growth and development of children with intermediate thalassemia,which is worth promoting.关键词
